At the core of the machine is a high-speed rotor equipped with heavy-duty hammerheads. These hammers are cast from high-quality composite alloys or high-manganese steel to ensure wear resistance and impact strength. When material enters the crushing chamber, it is struck by the high-speed hammers, thrown against the impact plates, and crushed further between the hammer and the grate bars.
The PC Hammer Crusher offers excellent control over product size. The bottom of the machine features an adjustable grate plate; the gap between the grate bars determines the final discharge size. This allows operators to easily switch between producing coarse aggregate or fine material. Structurally, the casing is designed for easy access—the body can be opened quickly to inspect the rotor or replace worn hammers, ensuring maintenance is fast and downtime is minimized.
